Crimmigration — the intersection of criminal and immigration law — has been studied by academics from different backgrounds through concepts such as membership, exclusion, deterrence and administrative justice. This roundtable reflected on how crimmigration has challenged critical legal theory and how legal theory has helped unravel the concept of crimmigration.
